Do You Eat What You Don't Like?
I know the title sounds kind of silly, but seriously, do you eat what you don't like? Most of us will say "um no" of course we don't. Then why would you stay in a feeling of dispair, or sadness. It's not something you like right? Find your special place in your mind that makes you happy. When ever you feel something going wrong or you start to feel bad about something, immediately remove your thoughts from that and focus on your special place or memory or something great you want to happen. Never dwell on the past, it'll just hold you in chains. Just learn from it and move on. All we have is today. Enjoy every moment along the way! Enjoy! Amy
